MYANWEN Brings Global Startup Awards to myanmar entrepreneurs

On March 22, 2025, our Country Partners at Myanmar Women Entrepreneurs Network (MYANWEN) successfully hosted the official launch event for the Global Startup Awards Edition 11 in Yangon.

As GSA’s official representative in Myanmar, MYANWEN has been instrumental in connecting the country’s most promising startups to global opportunities and a network that spans 154+ countries.

The event introduced GSA Edition 11, offering entrepreneurs and ecosystem builders the chance to engage with our ambassadors and global partners. Attendees gained valuable insights into how the competition can propel them to the global stage, empowering them to scale and grow internationally.

Beyond the competition, the event was an amazing opportunity for networking and collaboration. Founders, investors and industry leaders came together to exchange ideas, explore partnerships and open new doors for growth. With both in-person and virtual participation, it ensured that startups from all corners of Myanmar could take part.
