Create events and activities that serve your goals

  • Use the program as a vehicle to collect data from the competition. Collect data from all the types of stakeholders defined by the program. For example, startups who participate to become selected for a program, the jury members who might be ranking them, e-mails or Facebook ids from the public voting (public voting is part of the framework) and more.

  • Create quality networks based and relationships between the stakeholders from your program and your organisation by inviting them to the program in different roles. Use the communication channels and associated event activity to strengthen the relationships and create ambassadors for the program and your organisation.

  • Create a brand with a strong narrative as a communication vehicle to reach target groups outside the reach of your main organisation. Position the program brand next to your main brand or position the program brand as a more independent brand.

REQUIREMENTS

  • Match the quality of the Regional Grand Finale Day/s as per the Event Scope Agreement provided by GSAwards HQ.

  • Promote all GSAwards sponsors and partners.

    Display the GSAwards logo on all printed and digital materials at events.

    • Include an Award Show with dinner and after-party, a GSAwards summit, and an investor meetup.

    • The licensee may organize additional side events with content approved by GSAwards.

  • Actively involve GSAwards VIP stakeholders as instructed.

  • Ensure the event matches the quality and level of the previous event held in Copenhagen, Denmark in 2023.

  • Accommodate at least 450 people, including pre-networking, an award show with dinner, and an after-party.

    Follow an official program similar to that of the previous event.

  • The event should have a themed content and overall program.

    GSAwards will provide input and must approve the final theme and program in writing.

    Additionally, content creation should be taken into consideration.

    • Capture photos and videos, ensuring high quality.

    • GSAwards must approve the local vendor for content creation.

    • Provide all content in raw and edited form to GSAwards.

    • Licensee can add many side events as desired, subject to GSAwards approval.

    • Ensure that the regional event is communicated as the official circuit for the Global Startup Awards.

  • This partnership includes a licensee fee and would be ideally suited for those who can leverage their network to secure funding and support for these initiatives and use Global Startup Awards as a vehicle.
